14 na polling precincts, bumagsak sa random manual audit
Labing apat na polling precincts na isinailalim sa random manual audit (RMA) ang kulang kulang ang balota.
Ayon kay Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Commissioner Louie Guia, hindi tugma ang number of ballots sa election returns nang isalang na ito sa second phase ng RMA.
Inihalimbawa ni Guia ang isang presinto na mayroong 400 na boto sa election returns pero 350 lamang ang physical ballot.
Dahil dito, hindi na isinama sa RMA ang labing apat na polling precincts.
Kabilang dito ang mga presinto mula sa Tuguegarao, Isabela, Bulacan, Lanao del Norte, Koronadal at iba pa.
Aabot sa 678 mula sa 715 na polling precincts ang natatapos na sa RMA.
Base sa overall acuracy rate, 99.884 percent na tama ang pagkakabasa ng vote counting machines sa mga balota.
