Mosyon ni Philrem president Salud Bautista ibinasura ng Sandiganbayan
Hindi pinagbigyan ng Sandiganbayan ang motion for reconsideration na inihain ni Philrem president Salud Bautista kaugnay sa kasong graft na kinahaharap nito.
Ang desisyon ng 6th division ng anti graft court ay bunsod nang hindi pagsipot ni Bautista at ng mga abogado nito sa pagdinig sa kanilang mosyon kahapon.
Magugunita na kabilang si Bautista sa mga inasunto kaugnay sa maanomalyang Werfast Courier deal ng PNP para sa online application at delivery ng firearms’ licenses.
Nadiskubre na ang Philrem ay kasosyo ng Werfast.
Nauna nang humirit ng motion for judicial determination of probable cause si Bautista na ibinasura ng Sandiganbayan at nagpalabas na ng warrant of arrest laban sa kanya.
