Nagdeklara ng state of calamity ang lokal na pamahalaan ng Gingoog City sa Misamis Oriental.
Ito ay dahil sa patuloy na pag-ulan at pagbaha dulot ng shear line.
Ayon sa ulat ng National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, lubog pa rin sa baha ang Region 4B o Mimaropa, Bicol region at Northern Mindanao.
Labing siyam na lugar sa Northern Mindanao at limang lugar sa Bicol ang walang suplay ng kuryente.
Labing dalawang kalsada sa Bicol region at tatlo sa Northern Mindanao ang hindi naman madaanan ng mga motorista.
