1.4M backlog sa vaccination records pina-aasikaso ng DILG sa LGUs

Inatasan ni Interior Secretary Benhur Abalos ang mga lokal na pamahalaan na asikasuhin ang 1.4 milyong ‘backlog’ sa pagpaparehistro ng records sa Vaccination Information Management System (VIMS).

Aniya napakahalaga na maiparehistro ang pagpapaturok ng COVID-19 vaccine dahil dito ibabase ang pagpapalabas ng VaxCertPH.

“This has long been an issue in our LGUs as we try to improve the inventory of Filipino citizens who have registered for VaxCertPH. We implore our LGUs to work double time in addressing their backlogs in the VIMS,” paalala ni Abalos.

Kabuuang 1,460,582 nabakunahan ang hindi pa naipaparehistro sa VIMS dahil sa ibat-ibang kadahilanan.

“Tuloy tuloy po ang ating kampanya sa pagpapabakuna kaya kailangang maitala na po ang vaccine records ng ating mga mamamayan upang hindi ito tumambak pa,” dagdag pa ng kalihim.

Sa kanyang memorandum, ipinagbilin ni Abalos na dapat sa loob ng 24 oras ay agad na maipapasok sa VIMS ang lahat ng detalye ng nabakunahan na indibiduwal.
