MIAA, nag-sorry sa TikTok content creator na nawalan ng gamit sa maleta

Humingi ng paumanhin ang Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) sa TikTok content creator na si Ady Cotoco na nawalan ng ilang gamit sa bagahe.

“We extend our sincere apologies to Etihad passenger Ady Cotoco for his unpleasant experience upon arrival at NAIA Terminal 3 yesterday, September 8, when one of this baggage was discovered pilfered,” pahayag ng ahensya.

Nagsagawa anila ng all-night investigation ang MIAA at nabanggit na airline company.

Sinabi ng ahensya na matapos ang kanilang pag-review sa CCTV footages, napag-alamang hindi nangyari ang nakawan sa NAIA Terminal 3.

“The luggage tampering could not have happened at NAIA Terminal 3 but at foreign airports where passenger made stop-over enroute to Manila,” saad nito.

Inaasahan anilang mag-aabot ang Etihad ng agarang tulong sa biktima habang gumugulong ang imbestigasyon.

Galing Madrid, Spain si Cotoco bago umuwi ng Pilipinas.
