Bumilis at napanatili ang lakas ng Bagyong Henry habang kumikilos sa northward direction.
Base sa 11:00 a.m. advisory ng Pagasa, namataan ang sentro ng bagyo sa 405 kilometers northeast ng Itbayat, Batanes.
Taglay ng bagyo ang hangin na 150 kilometers per hour at pagbugso na 185 kilometers per hour.
Nanatili sa Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal Number 2 ang Batanes habang nasa Cyclone Wind Signal Number 1 ang Babuyan Islands at northeaster portion ng mainland Cagayan partikular na ang Santa Ana.
Patuloy na makararanas ng katamtaman hanggang sa malakas na pag-ulan ang Batanes at Babuyan Islands.
Inaasahang lalabas sa Philippine Area of Responsibility ang bagyo mamayang gabi.
