COVID-19 cases sa Metro Manila, nabawasan ng 15 porsyento – OCTA

Nabawasan ng 15 posyento ang bilang ng mga kaso ng COVID-19 sa National Capital Region (NCR), ayon sa OCTA Research.

Sa Twitter, sinabi ni OCTA Research fellow Dr. Guido David na base ito sa nakalap na datos hanggang Agosto 21.

Bumaba rin ang reproduction number sa NCR sa 1.03 hanggang Agosto 18, kumpara sa 1.11 noong Agosto 11.

Nasa 1,055 naman ang seven-day average ng mga kaso o average daily attack rate (ADAR) na nasa 7.32 kada 100,000.

Sinabi pa ni David na bumaba rin sa 14.6 porsyento ang positivity rate sa Metro Manila hanggang Agosto 20.

Nasa 37 porsyento naman ang healthcare utilization sa COVID-19 habang 30 porsyento ang ICU occupancy hanggang Agosto 20.

Sa ngayon, nananatili pa rin sa moderate risk ang Metro Manila.

“The decrease in cases and positivity rate in the NCR has held for two weeks now, a good sign moving forward,” saad ni David.
