Teritoryo ng Pilipinas, hindi isusuko ni Pangulong Marcos
Walang isusukong teritoryo ng Pilipinas si Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.
Sa unang State of the Nation Address, sinabi ng Pangulo na bagamat bukas ang mga Filipino sa pakikipagkaibigan sa mga dayuhan, hindi ito patitinag at mamimigay ng kahit na isang pulgada ng teritoryo.
“The Philippines has always been open and welcoming to all our foreign friends and visitors. That is our worldview, and that is our culture. But let me be clear. We are very jealous of all that is Filipino,” pahayag ng Pangulo.
Patuloy na nag-aagawan ng teritoryo ang Pilipinas at China sa West Philippine Sea.
“With respect to our place in the community of nations, the Philippines shall continue to be a friend to all, an enemy to none,” pahayag ng Pangulo.
“But we will not waver. We will stand firm in our independent foreign policy, with the national interest as our primordial guide,” pahayag ng Pangulo.
