Globe, tatalima sa utos ng NTC laban sa spam text messages
Tatalima ang Globe Telecom sa utos ng National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) na labanan ang paglaganap ng scam at spam text messages.
Ayon sa Globe, maglalabas sila ng text warning sa mobile users.
Ilan sa spam text messages ay ang pag-aalok ng trabaho na may malaking sweldo.
“We continue to actively block spam and scam SMS in our network, with a total 138 million of these messages filtered out from January to June this year,” pahayag ng Globe.
Panawagan ng Globe sa customers, huwag patulan ang spam messages.
Huwag i-click ang mga link ng messages na mula sa hindi kilalang senders.
Ayon sa Globe, maaring maghain ng reklamo ang mga apektadong customer sa Stop Spam portal.
“With government action, network solutions and public vigilance, we can work together towards stopping the proliferation of these spam and scam messages,” pahayag ng Globe.
