Sen. Raffy Tulfo kikilos para sa OFWs at healthcare
Nangako si neophyte Senator Raffy Tulfo na tatapatan niya ang ipinangako ni Pangulong Ferdinand ‘Bongbong’ Marcos Jr., na kailangan isulong at pagbutuhin ang kapakanan ng overseas Filipino workers (OFWs).
Aniya tama ang Punong Ehekutibo na walang dapat na pagdadahilan sa pagsisilbi sa mamamayan.
“I will match his pledge of ‘no excuses’ with legislation and public service. I believe this is what our country needs to be able to cope with the hardships brought about by the pandemic,” aniya.
Sa pagbubukas ng 19th Congress, sinabi ni Tulfo na kailangan ng konkretong aksyon sa pamamagitan ng mga panukala ukol sa OFWs, heathcare frontliners, pagpapatupad ng Universal Health Care at reporma sa Philhealth.
“I will push for more international agreements protecting our migrant workers all over the world, so our OFWs’ welfare will be advanced,” dagdag pa nito.
