Hakbang ng NTC sa ‘NPA websites’ puwede naman kuwestiyonin – Sen. Ping Lacson
Naniniwala si Senator Panfilo Lacson na may legal na basehan ang ginawang hakbang ng National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) laban sa websites na pinaniniwalaang ginagamit ng Communist Party of the Philippines at New People’s Army.
Ito aniya ay kung ginagamit ang websites para pondohan ang CPP – NPA, na itinalaga na ng Anti-Terrorism Council na organisasyon ng terorista.
Dagdag pa ni Lacson maari naman kuwestiyonin sa korte ang naging hakbang ng NTC dahil karapatan ito ng naagrabyadong grupo.
“The action may be challenged before the court because it is the basic right of an ‘aggrieved’ party to do so as it has something to do with the interpretation of the law,” paliwanag ni Lacson.
Ginawa ng NTC ang hakbang base naman sa kahilingan ni National Security Adviser Hermogenes Esperon.
