ISIS finance officer patay sa engkuwentro sa Maguindanao
Kinumpirma ng AFP ang pagkakapatay sa sinasabing tagapagsalita ng Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) – East Asia sa isang sagupaan sa Datu Saudi Ampatuan, Maguindanao.
Kinilala ang napatay na si Abdulfatah Omar Alimuden alias Abu Huzaifah.
Bukod sa pagsisilbi bilang tagapagsalita ng teroristang grupo, si Alimuden ang itinuturong namamahala din ng pera ng Daulah Islamiyah – Philippines patungo sa ISIS Central.
Sinabi ni Maj. Andrew Linao, tagapagsalita ng AFP – Western Mindanao Command, Lunes ng hapon nang maganap ang engkuwentro sa Barangay Poblacion.
Aniya katuwang ng Army 601st Infantry Brigade ang Army 40th Infantry Battalion at intelligence units sa ikinasang ‘special operations.’
