Globe napagbuti pa ang customer service sa 1Q 2022

Napatunayan ng Globe na naingat pa ang serbisyo sa kanilang mga subscribers matapos kilalanin bilang ‘Most Consistent Mobile Network’ sa Pilipinas sa unang tatlong buwan ng taon.

 

Bunga ang pagkilala ng kanilang mas pinabilis na broadband at mobile connectivity.

 

Sa agresibong network expansion, napalawak ng Globe  ang kanilang customer service at kinilala ito ng Ookla, isang global analytics firm at ng independent global standard Opensignal.

 

“This is how we define a ‘win,’ that in the hearts of our customers , Globe’s service  is the most consistent, always there for their connectivity needs,” sabi ni Globe President and CEO Ernest Cu.

 

Base sa Ookla Speedtest Intelligence data, nakapagtala ang Globe ng 79.45% consistency score mula Enero hanggang Marso, mas mataas na nailata sa katulad na panahon noong nakaraang taon na 70.43%.

 

Sa pagkilala ng Opensignal, tinalo ng Globe ang mga kakumpeyensiya sa Excellent  and Core Consistent  Quality Categories sa Mobile Experience Awards.

 

Ang dalawang pagkilala ay ibinase sa karanasan ng subscribers  sa panonood ng HD videos, complete group video, conference calls at web browsing.
