Ayon kay Aksyon Demokratiko presidential candidate at Manila Mayor Isko Moreno, ito na ang ika-7 ospital ng pamahalaang ungsod.
Makabago at kumpletong gamit aniya ang ilalagay sa Baseco Hospital.

Nais ni Moreno na magkaroon ng sariling ospital sa loob ng Baseco para hindi na nila kailangan lumabas at pumunta pa sa malalayong ospital.
Mahalaga kasi aniya ang bawat oras lalo na kamag may nadi-disgrasysa o emergency.
