EUA ng COVID 19 vaccines kailangan baguhin para sa 4th dose – DOH
Sinabi ng Department of Health (DOH) na kailangan na amyendahan ang emergency use authorization (EUA) sa COVID 19 vaccines kung aaprubahan ang pagbibigay ng fourth vaccine dose.
Sinabi ni DOH spokesperson Ma. Rosario Vergeire pinag-aaralan na ng mga eksperto ang rekomendasyon na mabigyan ng fourth dose o second booster shot ang may comorbidities at senior citizens.
“Ang pinakaimportante po kasi ay ma-amend muna ang emergency use authorization for this fourt doses,” sabi pa nito.
Pagkatapos nito, aniya, ay hihingi ang DOH ng inamyendahang EUA kasunod nang pakikipag-usap sa mga eksperto.
Una nang sinuportahan ng Philippine College of Chest Physicians ang pagbibigay ng fourth dose sa ilang partikular na sektor ng lipunan.
