OCTA: Ilang HUCs sa Visayas, bumaba na sa ‘moderate risk’ sa COVID-19

Patuloy ang unti-unting pagbaba ng mga napapaulat na kaso ng COVID-19 sa ilang highly-urbanized cities (HUCs) sa Visayas, ayon sa independent analytics group na OCTA Research.

Sa Twitter, sinabi ni OCTA Research fellow Guido David na base sa datos hanggang February 8, bumaba na sa ‘moderate risk’ ang Cebu City, Bacolod, Lapu Lapu, Mandaue, Ormoc at Tacloban.

Nanatili naman sa ‘high risk’ ang Iloilo City.

Lumabas din sa datos na nakapagtala ang Bacolod ng -53 percent one-week growth rate sa mga kaso.

Nakapagtala naman ng -56 percent ang Cebu City, -43 percent ang Iloilo City, -63 percent ang Lapu-lapu, -63 percent ang Mandaue, at -56 percent ang Ormoc, habang -62 percent naman sa Tacloban.

Samantala, nasa 0.69 naman ang reproduction number sa Bacolod, 0.62 sa Cebu City, 0.69 sa Iloilo City, 0.52 sa Lapu-lapu, 0.55 sa Mandaue, 0.56 sa Ormoc, at 0.40 sa Tacloban.

Sa huling datos ng Department of Health (DOH) hanggang February 8, nasa 105,550 pa ang bilang ng aktibong kaso sa Pilipinas.
