PTC, inihahanda na ang mga reports na ibibigay sa Duterte transition team
Nagpulong na ang binuong Presidential Tranisition Committee (PTC) ng Malacañang para ipunin at ayusin ang mga ulat na kailangang ibigay sa administrasyon ni presumptive president Rodrigo Duterte.
Ang team na binuo ni Pangulong Aquino ay kinabibilangan nina Executive Secretary Pacquito Ochoa, National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) director general Emmanuel Esguerra, Budget and Management Secretary Florencio Abad, Finance Secretary Cesar Purisima, Foreign Affairs Secretary Jose Rene Almendras, Public Works and Highways Secretary Rogelio Singson at Presidential Communications Operations Office Secretary Herminio Coloma Jr.
Ayon kay Coloma, nakatutok ang unang pagpupulong ng PTC kahapon, araw ng Biyernes, sa pagtitiyak na lahat ng mga transition reports ng mga kagawaran, ahensya, kawanihan, government-owned and -controlled corporations o GOCC, at iba pang mga nasa ilalim ng pamamahala ng Executive Branch ay maiipon at maaayos na sa pagtatapos ng buwan ng Mayo.
Ito ay para mabigyan rin ng sapat na panahon ang kampo ni Duterte na ma-review ang mga reports na ito bago pa man siya maupo.
Ayon naman kay Ochoa, handa na sila na makipagpulong sa tranisition team ni Duterte.
Samantala, ang team naman ni Duterte ay kabibilangan nina campaign manager Leoncio Evasco, assistant manager at executive assistant na si Christopher “Bong” Go, tagapagsalita na si Peter Laviña, finance head Carlos “Sonny” Dominguez at ng mga abogado niyang sina Salvador Medialdea at Loreto Ata.
