Sen. Bong Go pinuri ang ‘COVID 19 Home Care’ kits ng DOH

Sinuportahan ni Senator Christopher Go ang pamamahagi ng ‘Basic Kalinga’ kit ng Department of Health (DOH).

 

Una nang inanunsiyo ng DOH na sa pakikipagtulungan nila sa World Health Organization (WHO) at Procter & Gamble Co., ay mamahagi sila ng 35,000 COVID 19 care kits na naglalaman ng 20 pirasong masks, sanitizer, sabon at mga gamot.

 

“Isa lang po ito sa mga hakbang upang mapalakas pa ang ating COVID-19 response at hindi bumagsak ang ating healthcare system. Sa paraan na ito ay marami pa tayong kababayan na matutulungan lalo na po ‘yung mga mahihirap,” aniya.

 

Napakahalaga, aniya, na may mga ganitong pagtutulungan ang gobyerno at pribadong sektor dahil sa pagdami muli ng mga kaso dulot ng pagsulpot ng ibang variants ng COVID 19.

“Now, more than ever, we need to focus our resources on health. As Chair of the Committee on Health, I will ensure that we have sufficient funds to improve our COVID-19 response and assist our recovery efforts,” una nang sinabi ni Go.
