Nagbitiw na sa pwesto si Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Director General Eric Domingo.
Ayon kay Domingo, epektibo ang kaniyang pagbibitiw sa araw ng Lunes, January 3.
Naniniwala aniya siyang magawa niya ang kaniyang tungkulin para makatulong sa gitna ng pandemya.
Mas matibay at mabisa na aniya ang sistema ng ahensya.
Sinabi naman ni Health Secretary Francisco Duque III na itinalaga si FDA Deputy Director General – Field Regulatory Operations Office Dr. Oscar Gutierrez bilang Officer-in-Charge ng ahensya.
