2021 revenue collections ng Customs Bureau humigit sa target
Sa kabila ng pandemya, humigit pa ng apat na porsiyento ang kabuuang koleksyon ng Bureau of Customs noong nakaraang taon.
Base sa paunang ulat mula sa Revenue Collection Monitoring Group, umabot sa P645.765 bilyon ang koleksyon ng kawanihan at ito ay 4.7 porsiyento na sumobra sa kanilang target na P616.749 bilyon.
Mas mahigit din ito sa pre-pandemic collection na P630.31 bilyon noong 2019.
Sa nakalipas na buwan, nakakolekta ang BOC ng P62.478 bilyon na 20.8 porsiyentong mas mataas pa sa target na P51.705 bilyon.
Nabatid na 13 sa 17 collection districts ang humigit sa kanilang collection target noong 2021 at ito ay ang Port of San Fernando, Port of Manila, MICP, Port of NAIA, Port of Batangas, Port of Legaspi, Port of Iloilo, Port of Surigao, Port Zamboanga, Port of Davao, Port of Subic, Port of Clark at Port of Limay.
