Nakapasok na sa loob ng Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) ang Severe Tropical Storm Rai.

Ayon sa PAGASA, ganap na nakapasok ng bansa ang bagyo bandang 7:00 ng gabi.

Sinabi ng weather bureau na tatawagin nang #OdettePH ang naturang sama ng panahon.

Maglalabas ng susunod na abiso ang PAGASA ukol sa bagyo bandang 11:00 ng gabi.
