Anti-Terrorism Law pag-aaralan muna ng Office of the Executive Secretary at SolGen

Ayaw na munang magkomento ng Palasyo ng Malakanyang sa naging desisyon ng Korte Suprema kaugnay nv Anti-Terrorism Act of 2000 o Republic Act Number 11479.

Sa desisyon ng SC, constitutional ang Anti Terror Law maliban sa dalawang probisyon.

Ayon kay Cabinet Secretary at acting presidential spokesman Karlo Nograles, wala pang natatanggap na kopya ang Palasyo sa desisyon ng SC.

Pero kung sakaling makarating na sa Palasyo, sinabi ni Nograles na pag-aaralan muna ito ng Office of the Executive Secretary.

Kukunsultahin din aniya ng Palasyo ang Office of the Solicitor General bago gumawa ng kaukulang hakbang.

Binigyang diin pa ni Nograles na seryosong tinutugunan ng pamahalaan ang terorismo sa bansa kasabay ng pagsunod sa rule of law.
