Muling nabigo ang mga tauhan ng Senate Office of Sergeant-at-Arms (OSAA) na maaresto si dating Budget and Management Undersecretary Lloyd Christopher Lao sa Davao City.
Nagtungo kahapon ang Senate security team sa bahay ni lao sa Le Jardin De Villa Abrilles Subd., Maa, Davao City para isilbi ang warrant of arrest mula sa Blue Ribbon Committee.
Ngunit walang tao sa bahay base sa ulat ni Security and Enforcement Service Dir. Manuel Parlade.
Ayon naman kay Parlade nakakuha sila ng sertipikasyon mula sa Filinavavest Land Corp., na ang nabanggit na bahay ay pag-aari ni Lao.
Noong Biyernes, nagtungo na ang mga tauhan ng OSAA sa mga bahay ni Lao sa Cebu at Davao ngunit hindi rin nila natagpuan ang dating director ng Procurement Service ng DBM.
Ipinaaresto na ni Sen. Richard Gordon si Lao dahil sa hindi na pagdalo sa pagdinig ng komite ukol sa pagbili ng COVID 19 medical supplies gamit ang pondo ng Department of Health (DOH).
