Pangulong Duterte pinaboran ang ‘no vaccine, no employment’ policy
Dinipensahan ni Pangulong Duterte ang karapatan ng mga negosyante na hindi tumanggap ng mga aplikante sa trabaho na hindi pa naturukan ng COVID 19 vaccine.
Katuwiran ng Punong Ehekutibo pinoprotektahan lamang ng mga negosyante ang kanilang interes.
Dagdag pa niya ito ay pangangalaga lamang din sa iba nilang mga empleado.
“I think that is legal. You [employers] have the right to refuse to accept as an employee somebody who is not vaccinated,” sabi ni Pangulong Duterte sa kanyang Talk to the People kagabi.
Ngunit paglilinaw niya, hindi naman maaring tanggalin sa trabaho ang mga empleado dahil ayaw nilang magpaturok ng bakuna laban sa COVID 19.
“You can’t remove anyone who doesn’t want to get vaccinated,” bilin nito.
