DOH, may paglilinaw sa rekomendasyon ukol sa COVID-19 booster doses
Nagbigay-linaw ang Department of Health (DOH) ukol sa rekomendasyon ng Health Technology Assessment Council (HTAC) ukol sa COVID-19 booster doses.
Ayon sa kagawaran, nagsasagawa na ng pagpaplano para sa pagbibigay ng karagdagang doses o boosters para sa mga immunocompromised, senior citizen, at health worker.
Gayunman, sinabi ng DOH na kailangan pa rin ng Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) mula sa Food and Drug Administration (FDA) bago ito maibigay.
“The circulating HTAC recommendation was one of the inputs considered by the DOH in making this decision,” saad pa nito.
