Mga magre-renew ng Driver’s License, dadaan na sa Comprehensive Driver’s Education

Ipatutupad na ng Land Transportation Office (LTO) ang probisyon ng Republic Act 10930 ukol sa pagre-renew ng Driver’s License sa Central Office-Licensing Section at Quezon City Licensing Center (QCLC) simula sa araw ng Huwebes, October 28.

Alinsunod sa nasabing batas na nag-uutos ng pagpapahaba sa bisa ng mga lisensya, maaari nang makapag-renew ng 10-year Driver’s License ang mga walang traffic violation record habang mananatili naman sa 5-year Driver’s License ang mga aplikante na may traffic violation record.

Sinabi ng ahensya na kailangan nang dumaan ng lahat ng magre-renew ng Driver’s License sa Comprehensive Driver’s Education (CDE) upang makuha ang kanilang CDE Certificate.

Makukuha ang CDE materials sa LTO Portal (portal.lto.gov.ph), LTO offices, at LTO-Accredited Driving Schools.

Pagtitiyak ng ahensya, libre ang pagsailalim sa CDE sa LTO Driver’s Education Centers at LTO Portal.

Sinabi ng LTO na ipatutupad din ito sa iba pang mga opisina sa National Capital Region sa November 3, 2021.

Pinayuhan naman ang lahat ng kliyente na magrehistro sa Land Transportation Management System (LTMS) sa LTO Portal.
