Pinirmahan na ni Manila Mayor Isko Moreno ang pagre-release ng pondo para sa allowance ng ilang estudyante sa Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM).
Ayon sa Manila Public Information Office, 11,155 PLM students ang benepisyaryo nito.
Makakatanggap ng P4,000 ang bawat estudyante para sa buwan ng Setyembre hanggang Disyembre 2021.
Nasa kabuuang P44,620,000 ang ire-release na pondo ng lokal na pamahalaan.
