Ex-congressman Alvin Sandoval na idinadawit sa pork barrel scam, ipinaaresto
Nagpalabas na ang Sandiganbayan 1st Division ng warrant of arrest para kay dating Malabon-Navotas Alvin Sandoval dahil sa mga kasong kinahaharap nito kaugnay sa paggamit ng kanyang pork barrel.
Bukod kay Sandoval, pitong iba pang indibiduwal ang sakop ng warrant na ipinalabas ni 1st Division Chairperson Efren Dela Cruz.
Nahaharap sa kasong three counts of graft at three counts of malversation si Sandoval dahil sa maling paggamit ng kanyang P30- million Priority Development Assistance fund o PDAF.
Batay sa kaso, si Sandoval ang nag-endorso ng tatlong non government organizations (NGO) na tumanggap ng naturang halga sa pagitan ng 2007 hanggang 2009.
Ang naturang pondo diumano ay idinaan sa Technology Resource Center at National Agri-Business Corporation o NabCor.
