P3 milyong halaga ng sibuyas mula China nasabat sa Cagayan de Oro

Nakumpiska ng Bureau of Customs ang aabot sa P3 milyong halaga ng smuggled na sibuyas mula China sa port ng Cagayan de Oro.

Ayon sa BOC, naka-consign ang kargamento sa South Road Consumer Goods Trading.

Dumating ang kargamento sa Mindanao Container Terminal Sub-port sa Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental at nakadeklarang frozen malt.

Gayunman, nakatanggap ng ulat ang Customs Intelligence and Investigation Service (CIIS-CDO) Field Station sa pamumuno ni IO1 Oliver Valiente na maaring naglalaman ng smuggled goods ang kargamento.

Dahil dito, agad na ininspeksyon ng BOC ang kargamento at tumambad ang mga smuggled na sibuyas.

Matatandaan na noong Setyembre lamang, P13.5 milyong halaga ng smuggled na sibuyas mula China ang nasamsam ng BOC.
