DPWH, minamadali ang Bulacan Road Expansion Project

Paspasan na ang pagsasagawa ng Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) sa 24.61 kilometer Arterial Road Bypass sa probinsya ng Bulacan.

Base sa pinakahuling ulat, nasa 47.8 porsyento na ang overall accomplishment ng proyekto.

“We are trying to moved forward as quickly as possible to accelerate delivery of the widening from two (2) to four (4) lanes the entire alignment of Plaridel Bypass Road for this highway to keep up with the increasing number of vehicles,” saad ni DPWH Undersecretary Emil Sadain.

Makatutulong aniya ang road expansion project upang masolusyunan ang inirereklamong pagsisikip sa daloy ng trapiko dahil sa dumadaming sasakyan na dumadaan sa bypass road bilang alternatibong ruta sa Daang Maharlika Highway.

Samantala, nauna nang natapos ang pagpapalawak ng unang 2.22-kilometer section ng Arterial Plaridel Bypass Road kabilang ang isa sa mahahabang tulay sa Luzon sa Angat River sa Bustos, Bulacan sa ilalim ng Contract Package 3.
