Travel ban ng Pilipinas sa 10 bansa aalisin na

Inaprubahan na ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang rekomendasyon ng Inter-Agency Task Force na alisin na ang travel restrictions sa India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Thailand, Malaysia at Indonesia simula sa September 6, 2021.

Ayon kay Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque, ang mga international travelers na galing sa mga nabanggit na bansa ay kinakailangan na sumunod sa testing at quarantine protocols kapag pumasok sa Pilipinas.

“President Rodrigo Roa Duterte approved the recommendation of the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) to lift the current travel restrictions in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia starting September 6, 2021,” pahayag ni Roque.

Una rito, nagpatupad ng travel ban ang Pilipinas sa mga nabanggit na bansa dahil sa mataas na kaso ng COVID-19.
