Heavy rainfall warning nakataas sa bahagi ng Eastern Samar, Samar

Nakataas ang heavy rainfall warning ang ilang lugar sa ilang lalawigan sa bansa.

Sa inilabas na abiso ng PAGASA bandang 5:00, Lunes ng hapon (August 9), ito ay dulot pa rin ng trough ng low pressure area (LPA).

Nakataas ang yellow warning level sa Eastern Samar at Samar.

Sinabi ng weather bureau na posibleng makararanas ng matinding pagbaha sa mabababang lugar.

Pinayuhan ang publiko at disaster risk reduction and management council na manatiling nakatutok sa lagay ng panahon.
