Walong siyudad sa Metro Manila nasa Alert Level 4
Isinailalim ng Department of Health sa Alert Level 4 ang walong siyduad sa Metro Manila dahil sa mataas na kaso ng COVID-19.
Ayon kay Health Undersecretary Maria Rosario Vergeire, ibig sabihin ng Alert Level 4 ay nasa moderate hanggang critical risk ang healthcare utilization rate ng 70 ang mga ospital.
Kinabibilangan ito ng Las Piñas, Muntinlupa, Pateros, Quezon City, Taguig, Malabon, Makati, at San Juan.
Nasa Alert Level 4 din ang ilang lugar sa Cordillera region at Regions 1, 2, 3, 4A, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, at 12.
Tumataas ang kaso ng COVID-19 sa bansa dahil sa banta ng Delta variant.
