Pagsasagawa ng road network sa Marawi, patuloy pa rin

Puspusan ang ginagawang road network infrastructure ng Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) sa Marawi City.

Ayon kay DPWH Secretary Mark Villar, makatutulong ito upang madagdagan ang access sa basic services, kalakal at economic activities sa Marawi City, Lanao Del Sur.

Ang rehabilitasyon ng Marawi Transcentral Road Phase 1 ay nasa ilalim ng grant aid program ng gobyerno ng Japan.

Dalawa sa tatlong contract packages (CP) ng naturang Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA)-grant project ay nakumpleto na.

Ang nalalabing package naman ay nakatakdang matapos sa pagtatapos ng buwan ng Agosto.

Samantala, sa ginawang inspeksyon sa Marawi Trancentral Road, ipinag-utos ni Undersecretary Sadain kay consultant Woodfields Consultants Inc. at contractors Unimasters Conglomeration Inc./MMA Achievers Construction & Development Corporation/CDH Construction/ Flying Seven Construction na magtulungan sa pagtatrabaho upang maabot ang target full completion ng lahat ng nalalabing civil works para sa 9.41-kilometere Bacong-Iligan-Marawi Road Section.
