Tatlong bagong housing projects sa Manila, ipatatayo ni Mayor Moreno

May karagdagang tatlong bagong housing projects na gagawin ang lokal na pamahalaan ng Maynila.

Ayon kay Manila Mayor Isko Moreno, ito ay para mabigyan ng disenteng pabahay ang mga informal settler.

Sa ikatlong State of the City Address, sinabi ni Mayor Isko na gagawin ang bagong pabahay sa San Sebastian, San Lazaro, at Pedro Gil areas sa Maynila.

Ayon kay Mayor Isko, ang San Sebastian Residences, San Lazaro Residences, at Pedro Gil Residences ay mayroong tig 20-storey high building na may 300 units.

Nabatid na lalagyan ng sariling health center sa ground floor ang tatlong gusali.

Ayon kay Mayor Isko, ang San Lazaro Residences ay magkakaroon ng sariling public laboratory.

“If Singapore did it, Manila can do it. Ang mga pinatayo nating bahay ang magbabalik ng dignidad sa buhay ng mga Manilenyo. There will be an opportunity for them,” pahayag ni Mayor Isko.

“Mahirap maging iskwater sa kanyang sariling bayan kaya hindi tayo titigil. We will continue to pursue to give back the dignity to every family in the City of Manila. May awa ang Diyos, kapit lang, kaya natin ito, makakaraos rin tayo,” dagdag ng Mayor.

Sa ngayon, nagpapatuloy din ang konstruksyon ng Tondominium 1, Tondonminium 2, at Binondominium.

Noong nakaraang linggo lamang, itinurn-over na ni Mayor Isko ang 42-square meters two-storey townhouse unit sa BaseCommunity.

“Pabahay na hindi panandaliang lipat bahay, na ang tao ay parang basura na itatambak mo sa iba,” pahayag ni Mayor Isko.
