Palasyo sa ICC investigation sa drug war ni Duterte: “Fantastic”

Ganito inilarawan ng Palasyo ng Malakanyang ang ginawang imbestigasyon ni International Criminal Court Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda sa crime against humanity na isinampa laban kay Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte dahil sa madugong anti-drug war campaign.
Ayon kay Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque, ibinase lang kasi ni Bensouda ang kanyang imbestigasyon sa mga hearsay information o mga narinig lamang.
Sa pagsusuri ni Roque, sinabi nito na 85 porsyento ng sources sa preliminary examination report ay galing sa media. Bilang isang abogado, sinabi ni Roque na ang media sources ay ikinokonsiderang hearsay.
Kailangan, ayon kay Roque, na mayroong actual personal knowledge ang source ni Bensouda.
Sinabi pa ni Roque na para mapatunayan ni Bensouda na mayroong crime against humanity, kailangang mayroong malawakang sistema na tinatarget na patayin ang sibilyan sa anti-drug war ni Pangulong Duterte.
Pero sa kaso aniya ng anti-drug war campaign ni Pangulong Duterte, collateral damage na maikokonsidera ang mga napapatay na sibilyan.
