‘Frame up expose’ sa pinatay na Calbayog City mayor hindi na ikinagulat ni Sen. Leila de Lima

Hindi na ipinagtaka pa ni Senator Leila de Lima ang pagbubunyag ni Police Master Sergeant Jose Jay Senario sa pagdinig sa Senado ukol utos sa kanyang i-frame up ang napatay na si Calbayog City Mayor Ronaldo Aquino.

Sinabi ni de Lima na maging siya ay biktima ng ‘frame up’ ng kasalukuyang administrasyon dahil sa mga ikinasa sa kanyang imbentong drug cases.

“I cannot avoid comparing my fate with that of Aquino, since like me he was framed and made a subject of bogus drug charges. At least I am still alive. Aquino was not so fortunate. Failing to get rid of him through a frame-up, his enemies with the help of PNP officers simply chose to kill him,” sabi ng senadora.

 

Diin niya hindi na nakakagulat ang mga ganitong pagbubunyag  tulad na lang ng madalas na idahilan ng PNP na ‘nanlaban’ sa tuwing may napapatay na suspected drug personalities.

 

Umaasa ang senadora na dadating ang araw na ang mga may nalalaman o sangkot sa mga ‘operasyon’ ay lulutang at ibubunyag ang mga katotohanan.

 

Samantala, pinuri naman ni de Lima ang desisyon ng Court of Appeals (CA) na sinasabing labag sa Saligang Batas ang listahan ng ‘narco-politicians’ na ibinunyag ni Pangulomn Duterte sa pamamagitan ng pagpabor sa hiniling na habeas data petition ni Leyte Rep. Vicente Veloso.

 

“It is about time the drug watchlists are exposed for what they are, as unconstitutional and illegal instruments for witch hunts and for intimidating politicians and even ordinary individuals who refuse to bend the knee to Duterte,” sabi pa nito.
