DPWH nagsasagawa ng solusyon sa Mancatian Bridge sa Porac, Pampanga
Nagsasagawa ang Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) ng engineering solutions para sa Pasig-Potrero River at Mancatian Bridge sa Porac, Pampanga.
Ayon sa DPWH Secretary Mark Villar, makatutulong ang countermeasure projects upang maiwasan ang riverbed degradation at masiguro ang kaligtasan sa pagpapatibay ng pile foundations ng Mancatian Bridge sa bahagi ng Angeles-Porac Road.
Mahalaga aniya ang nasabing tulay para mapanatili ang koneksyon ng Barangay Mancatian sa iba pang lugar sa Porac.
Nag-inspeksyon sina Undersecretary for Unified Project Management Office (UPMO) Operations Emil Sadain at Project Manager Isabelita Manalo sa nagpapatuloy na konstruksyon.
Sa ngayon, 96 porsyento nang tapos ang 136-lineal meter dike sa bakuran ng Pasig Potrero River at downstream ng Mancatian Bridge.
Makatutulong ito para sa river channel capacity at stability ng nasabing tulay.
