Ping Lacson – Tito Sotto sa 2022 national elections pinag-iisipan pa lang
Ibinahagi ni Senate President Vicente Sotto III na seryoso pa lang na ikinukunsidera nila ni Senator Panfilo Lacson ang pagsabak sa eleksyon sa susunod na taon.
Sinabi ni Sotto na may mga grupo at sektor na ang lumapit sa kanila ni Lacson at nagpahayag ng suporta sa kanilang dalawa kung sakaling sasali sila sa 2022 elections.
Ang tanging tiyak, ayon sa senador, siya ang magiging vice-presidential candidate ni Lacson, sakaling magdesisyon ang huli na muling tumakbo sa pagka-presidente.
Magugunita na sumali sa 2004 presidential election si Lacson at pumangatlo siya kina dating Pangulong Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo at yumaong Fernando Poe Jr.
‘’I am not in the habit of saying that I will not run and then all of a sudden I will file my certificate of candidacy. Let the other politicians do that. Not in our party,’’ sabi pa ni Sotto, na chairman ng Nationalist People’s Coalition (NPC).
Magsisimula ang paghahain ng certificate of candidacy (CoC) sa darating na Oktubre.
