Base sa 5 a.am advisory ng Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), kumikilos ang bagyo sa northwestward direction patungo sa bisinidad ng Yaeyama islands malapit sa northern limit ng PAR.
Namataan ang sentro ng bagyo sa 330 kilometers north northeast ng Itbayat, Batanes o Yonaguni Island sa Japan.
Taglay ng bagyo ang hangin na 55 kilometers per hour at pagbugso na 70 kilometers per hour.
Kumikilos ang bagyo sa northeastward direction sa bilis na 30 kilometers per hour.
