Inaprubahan ng Supreme Court ang early retirement ni Associate Justice Edgardo Selos Santos.
Sa en banc notice, sinabi ng SC na inaprubahan nila ang optional retirement ni Delos Santos epektibo sa June 30, 2021.
Isang taon itong mas maaga sa mandatory retirement age nito sa June 2022.
Ang early retirement ni Delos Santos ay bunsod ng kasalukuyang estado ng kaniyang kalusugan.
Pirmado ang nasabing dokumento ni Clerk of Court Marife Lomibao-Cuevas.
