BIFF fighters lumusob sa Datu Paglas, Maguindanao

Nilusob ng mga miyembro ng Islamic State-linked Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters ang sentro ng Datu Paglas, Maguindanao.

Ayon Lt. Colonel John Paul Baldomar ng 6th Infantry Division ng Philippine Army, aabot sa 200 armadong BIFF fighters sa ilalim ng pamumuno ni Kagi Karialan faction ang lumusob sa public market.

Ginamit na human shield ng BIFF fighters ang mga nagtitinda sa palengke at iba pang sibilyan.

Hindi pa naman malinaw ang dahilan ng paglusob ng BIFF fighters.

Daan-daang motorist ana bumibiyahe sa kahabaan ng Cotabato-Maguindanao border ang naabala dahil sarado ang highway ng Datu Paglas hanggang sa bayan ng Tulunan sa Cotabao.
