400,000 doses ng Sinovac vaccine nasa bansa na

Dumating na sa bansa ang karagdagang 400,000 COVID-19 vaccine ng Sinovac.

Pasado 7am, ng Miyerkules lumapag sa Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) ang Philippine Airlines flight lulan ang nasabing mga bakuna na donasyon ng China sa Pilipinas.

Ang nasabing mga bakuna ay karagdagan sa nauna ng dumating na 600,000 doses na Sinovac vaccine noong February 28.

Sa statement ng Department of Health at National Task Force sinabi ng mga ito na malaking tulong sa COVID-19 vaccination program ang mga dumating na bakuna lalo na ngayong patuloy ang pagtaas ng kaso ng nakamamatay na sakit.

Sinalubong ang pagdating nga mga nasabing bakuna nina Health Secretary Francisco Duque III, vaccine czar Carlito Galvez Jr., at  Chinese Ambassador to the Philippines Huang Xilian.
