Umabot sa 175 volcanic quakes ang naitala ng Philvocs sa Taal Volcano sa nakalipas na 24 oras.
Bukod dito, naitala ang 131 volcanic tremor episodes na tumagal ng isa hanggang 15 minuto.
“Moderate emission of steam-laden plumes rising 80 to 100 meters high was also observed at the main crater,” ayon sa update na inilabas ng ahensiya.
Umabot din sa 603 tonnes ng sulfur dioxide ang ibinuga ng bulkan.
Samantala, ang temperatura sa main crater lake ay umabot sa pinakamataas na 71.8 degrees Celsius noong Marso 4 samantalang ang naitalang pinakamataas na ph level ay 1.59 noong nakaraang Pebrero 2.
Itinaas ng Phivolcs ang Alert Level 2 sa Taal Volcano may dalawang linggo na ang nakakalipas dahil sa naitatalang karagdagang pagliligalig.
