BOC, nag-donate ng mga laptop sa DepEd

Pormal nang itinurn-over ng Bureau of Customs (BOC) sa Department of Education (DepEd) ang iba’t ibang uri ng mga abandonadong gadget at iba pang school supplies.

Ayon kay BOC Commissioner Rey Guerrero, isang pamamaraan ito para suportahan ang Bridge Program ng DepEd.

Kabilang sa mga donasyon na ibinigay ng BOC kay Education Secretary Leonor Briones ang flash drives, cellphones, 74 V7 monitors, 50 Fuji Xerox Multifunction printers, laptops, routers, 14 ZTE pocket Wi-Fi, Lenovo tablet, computer Monitors, school bags, educational books, mga sapatos na pambata at iba pa.

“We understand the need of the students specially during this time that education is hindered by the threat of COVID-19. We will continue to support DepEd’s programs to provide quality education to our students” pahayag ni Guerrero.

Malaki naman ang pasasalamat ni Briones kay Guerrero.

Ayon kay Briones, ipamamahagi ang mga donasyon ng BOC sa mga eskwelahan sa mga malalayong lugar.
