Pagdating ng 117,000 doses ng Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine sa Pilipinas, maaantala

Bahagyang maantalala ang pagdating sa bansa ng 117,000 doses na bakuna kontra Covid 19 na gawa ng Pfizer-BioNTech.

Ayon kay Deputy Chief Implementer Vince Dizon of the National Task Force Against COVID-19, ito ay dahil sa problema sa paperworks.

“Nagkaron ng kaunting delay dahil sa processing ng mga dokumento sa Covax facility at sa World Health Organization,” pahayag ni Dizon.

Sa kabila nito, pasok pa naman aniya sa buwan ng Pebrero ang inaasahang dating sa bansa ng bakuna ng Pfizer.

Kaugnay nito, sinabi ni Dizon na handang-handa naman na ang lahat para sa rollout ng bakuna sa oras na dumating ito sa bansa.

Una nang sinabi ni Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque na sa kalagitnaan ng Pebrero inaasahang darating sa bansa ang mga bakuna na gawa ng Pfizer.
