Inatasan ng DILG ang PNP na maging agresibo sa paghahanap sa mga indibiduwal o grupo na namemeke ng COVID 19 swab test results.
Ang utos ni DILG OIC Bernardo Florece Jr., ay bunsod ng mga ulat ng pamemeke ng swab test results para makabiyahe.
Nais din ni Florece na arestuhin at kasuhan ng PNP ang mga gumagawa, maging ang mga may hawak ng pekeng swab test result
“This is a crime and is punishable under our law. We are also warning those people planning to fake their test certifications. Huwag n’yo na pong gawin at kung hindi, sisiguraduhin po namin na makukulong,” sabi nito.
Binanggit ng opisyal ang Republic Act (RA) No. 11332 o ang Mandatory Reporting of Notifiable Diseases and Health Events of Public Health Concern Act.
Sa Boracay, ilang katao ang naaresto dahil sa paggamit ng pekeng swab test results.
