Nag-aalok ang Light Rail Transit line 2 ng libreng sakay sa mga Filipino Veterans ng World War 2.
Ayon kay LRT Spokesman Hernando Cabrera, magsisimula ang libreng sakay sa April 5 hanggang 11 kasabay ng paggunita sa Philippine Veterans Week.
Magsisimula ang libreng sakay ng alas 7:00 ng umaga hanggang alas 9:00 ng umaga at alas-5:00 ng hapon hanggang alas siyete ng gabi.
Nakatakda namang gunitain ang Araw ng Kagitingan sa April 9. Ang LRT line 2 ay may biyaheng Santolan hanggang C.M. Recto sa Maynila.
