CAAP, nakataas na sa heightened alert para sa Kapaskuhan

Nakataas na sa heightened alert ang Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) airports kasunod ng inaasahang pagdami ng air passengers para sa Pasko at Bagong Taon.

Sa ilalim ng direktiba ng Department of Transportation (DOTr) na “Oplan Biyaheng Ayos: Implementation of Heightened Alert Status during the Pasko 2020,” pinadadagdagan ang security measures at karagdagang deployment ng service at security personnel sa 12 area centers.

Layon nitong matiyak na ligtas ang airport operations ng returning overseas Filipinos (ROFs), mga sibilyan, at tourists travel sa holiday season.

Magde-deploy din ang iba pang government agencies kabilang ang office of Transportation Security (OTS) at Philippine National Police Aviation Security Group (PNP-AVSEGROUP) sa tinatawag na areas of concern para sa maayos na passenger flow habang istriktong ipinatutupad ang new normal minimum health protocols.

Hinikayat naman ng CAAP ang mga pasahero na ihanda ang valid health forms at LGU requirements upang maiwasan ang aberya sa pagpasok sa airport passenger terminal.

Pinaalalahanan din ang mga pasahero na i-download ang Traze app bago dumating sa paliparan para mas mabilis na pag-scan ng QR codes sa entry/exit points.

Huwag din anilang magdala ng mga ipinagbabawal na gamit sa paliparan.
