Accidental firing ang ikinasawi ni NBI Counter-Terrorism Division chief Raoul Manguerra.
Sinabi ito ni Justice Sec. Menardo Guevarra batay aniya sa imbestigasyon ng National Bureau of Investigation.
Hindi naman binanggit ni Guevarra kung sino ang nagpaputok ng baril na tumama kay Manguerra.
Ayon sa kalihim, hinihingi na niya sa NBI ang opisyal na report sa kaso.
Pero sa ngayon, lumilitaw aniyang out of question na ang foul play sa pagkamatay ng opisyal.
Si Manguerra ay natagpuang duguan at may tama ng bala sa kaniyang tiyan.
Naisugod pa sa Manila Doctors Hospital ang opisyal pero idinekalrang dead on arrival.
